Bridgewater Wealth & Financial Management is honored to be selected as a 2017 Great Place to Work by Washingtonian magazine. The key to our success for over 20 years is our employees and we want to thank them for their excellence in how they serve our clients and support each other professionally and personally.
“I could not be more proud of the amazing team we have here at Bridgewater Wealth. Each person is passionate about what they do, unselfish in the way they support one another and completely committed to bringing the very best of themselves to the work that they do for our clients,” said Ron Rubin, CEO and Managing Partner at Bridgewater Wealth.
Our firm has created a culture that is mindful, positive and inclusive where everyone’s thoughts and opinions matter and are encouraged. As we grew from a small accounting firm in the late ‘80s to a wealth management, accounting and financial services firm managing almost a billion dollars in assets for our clients, we have provided opportunities for growth, advancement and equity ownership for our employees. Many employees have been with the firm over 20 years and now hold senior leadership and ownership positions. We are extremely proud that our senior staff is committed to nurturing and mentoring the younger employees in the firm to be the future leaders.
We put together this short video to share why we believe Bridgewater Wealth is unique from our team.
As one of Washingtonian’s 50 Great Places To Work, we were chosen by a panel of editors from over 200 companies in the Washington, D.C. region who evaluated things like generous pay and benefits, interesting and meaningful work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community and the recognition and respect given to employees.
This recognition is truly a culmination of our ongoing commitment to our employees and our clients.
