We like to think that our high employee retention rates have something to do with the care we put into the culture at Bridgewater. Since we’re ambitious, getting along and working well together is just the beginning. Conscious leadership is at the heart of Bridgewater culture. We offer in-house programs including weekly leadership conversations, quarterly conscious leadership retreats, and ongoing support so that we develop leadership skills that will benefit us, Bridgewater and our clients. We provide access to yoga classes offsite and offer meditation and other wellness activities on site.
We genuinely like spending time together, both in and outside of work. We’re all dedicated to our families, and we also make time to have fun and relax with our Bridgewater family.
We know this sounds too good to be true, but it is. And we’re willing to do the work it takes to keep our culture operating at such a high level. We’re in finance after all; we spend a lot of time at work. It better be fantastic!
